Commercial Manager; she coordinates customer order handling, takes care of EDP procedures, incoming goods as well as invoicing. Handles our financial accounting and takes care of collecting overdue money (a function which she does not like but which has to be done).

Management Assistent; works on offers, product information and dealer newsletters. Assists the service team at training courses, is in charge of market analysis and order proposals for our logistics department and takes care of our electronic data processing.

Customer Service Agent; takes care of customer orders and processes these in our computer system. Processes warranty claims. Takes care of our technical and sales literature as well as all promotional material stocks.

Raymond Hegenbart; Coordination Sales & Service; provides technical support for all our products. Takes care of product information, product training, product application services as well as our sales and service network development.

Warehouse Man; takes care of prompt and orderly picking, packing and shipping of our customer orders.

Authorized Signatory and Management Trainee; currently studies law & economy at the Salzburg University, deals part time with our IT as well as parts pricing.

Managing Director; takes care of everything (when he got time left).

Authorized Signatory and Communications Manager; responsible for our website, PR, advertising and promotional activities as well as all sorts of translations.

Customer Service Agent; Takes care of customer orders and processes these in our computer system. Handles also various special tasks.

Warehouse Man; Takes care of prompt and orderly picking, packing and shipping of our customer orders.

Warehouse Foreman; takes care of prompt picking, packing and shipping of our customer orders as well as all incoming goods, the warehouse in general including our permanent stock taking. Also responsible for keeping the warehouse as well as the rest of our company tidy and in good order.

Customer Service Agent; takes care of customer orders and processes these in our computer system. Handles also various special sales tasks. She speaks German, English, Croatian, and Serbian.

Service Manager; takes care that our service network remains up to date. Assists our dealers and service agents with technical information and advice. Takes care of our technical training courses for the staff of our dealers and service agents. Helps and decides in all warranty matters.

Customer Service Agent; takes care of customer orders and processes these in our computer system. Handles also various special sales tasks. She speaks German, Hungarian, and English.
