VesselView Link

Mercury Marine VesselView

Taking its intuitive VesselView digital multifunction display to the next level, Mercury Marine introduced VesselView Link at the Miami International Boat Show 2016. VesselView Link is an under-the-dash system that integrates a Mercury-powered boat’s SmartCraft data and control system with specific Simrad and Lowrance instruments, providing a fully functional Mercury VesselView user interface on those units’ displays.

“Now anglers with Mercury outboards and a fish finder such as the Lowrance HDS Gen2 Touch or HDS Gen3 at the helm can have the full VesselView experience, when they normally would only rely on analog gauges,” said Walter Ross, Mercury Senior Product Manager – Controls & Rigging.

Available as a single-engine or multi-engine (two to four engines) interface, Mercury VesselView Link easily installs beneath the boat’s dash. It is engineered to work with the following instruments: Simrad NSS evo2 and NSO evo2 marine processors, and Lowrance HDS Gen 2 Touch and HDS Gen 3 fish finder/chart plotters.

The new VesselView Link from Mercury provides the user with instant access to advanced Mercury SmartCraft features, including:

• ECO mode

 Troll Control in 10-RPM increments

 Cruise Control (RPM- or speed-based)

SmartTow tow sport launch control system (RPM- or speed-based) with customizable user launch profiles and a new intuitive interface utilizing the Launch Target cursor)

Descriptive fault text for any potential propulsion issue available in 16 user-selectable languages
