That is why Mercury Racing has a race-proven range of sterndrives from the Mercury Racing engineered XR versions of the Bravo One and Bravo Three sterndrives to the pure-bred M6 and M8 offshore sterndrives that are meant to be run in surface piercing applications where the propeller is only partly covered by water at full speed.
