Our highly skilled team takes care of fulfilling all customer requests and offering service and support for the boats and engines from our Brunswick product offering in all the countries that we serve.
To meet our customers´ needs without delay the central warehouse in Salzburg stocks more than 15.000 line items and distributes engines as well as parts and accessories to the dealer network. In most cases, all parts and accessories that are in stock are delivered to Austrian dealers overnight. Orders from dealers in Croatia, Hungary, Slovenia, and other countries are also shipped in the fastest possible way as required.
We run a modern training centre in order to keep all of our service partners up-to-date with the latest innovations of Mercury Marine. It is equipped with a dedicated engine test tank, a complete set of special tools and the latest diagnostic tools. It gives us an ideal opportunity to hold trainings for our technicians across our area from Austria to Montenegro. These trainings take place on a regular basis to constantly provide our partners with all the latest information.

Company foundation of MCM Handelsges.m.b.H. in Salzburg by Peter Klein on August 1, 1984 as an import and wholesale distribution company for automotive parts and accessories.
The big turning point, however, came at the end of 1985 when MCM had been offered the official and exclusive distribution for Mariner outboards in Austria, a brand owned by Mercury Marine.
After a very successful first season with Mariner outboards, Marine Power Europe, former European Headquarters of Mercury Marine, offered to MCM the exclusive distribution for Mercury outboards as well as for MerCruiser sterndrive and inboard engines for Austria in 1986.
Due to the fast growth of sales of marine engines and boats, MCM moved from the original 300 square meter warehouse in Salzburg Gnigl to a 1200 square meter multi-level warehouse in Salzburg Itzling which allowed to stock more than 1000 Mercury and Mariner outboard engines as well as more than 15000 line items of Quicksilver parts and accessories.
Due to the success of MCM Salzburg in marketing Mercury Marine products in Austria as well as their marketing expertise in general, Marine Power Europe offered to MCM the distribution for Croatia and Slovenia in 1995.
The success in increasing market shares in difficult markets in difficult times led in 1997 to Hungary becoming another assigned territory for MCM Salzburg.
Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia followed in short intervals.
Slovakia was added to the distribution area of MCM.
In view of the quickly growing sales figures the MCM premises in Salzburg Itzling became too small, especially with the rapidly increasing boat sales. Therefore, MCM moved into new and much bigger premises in Salzburg Hallwang which also offered more space for stocking the bigger boats.
In 2008 MCM delivered more than 2600 Mercury, Mariner and MerCruiser marine engines and more than 500 Quicksilver and Valiant boats from Salzburg into all their territories.
To further improve the handling of the Croatian market our Croatian subsidiary MCM d.o.o. was founded.
