K.W. Nautik Servis d.o.o. in Zadar wins Mercury Marine CSI Award for the second time in a row

ZADAR (30.10.2025): After winning the Mercury Marine Customer Satisfaction Index Award already last year, K.W. Nautik Servis d.o.o. has been awarded with this prestigious award again for 2025.

The prize is awarded based on surveys about customers’ experience with their Mercury dealer. Dealers that are rated exceptionally well by their customers are awarded with the Customer Satisfaction Index Award to honor their outstanding efforts.

The system has been applied successfully in the USA for many years already. In Europe the first awards had been handed out in 2022.
